Pascale E. Nakhlé

Mrs. Pascale E. Nakhlé is a licensed clinical psychologist, thought leader, and the Founder and CEO of PEN Consultancy, the first standalone DHA-licensed and EIAC-accredited telehealth facility in Dubai, UAE. A pioneer in the region, she redefined the landscape of mental health by creating an accredited telehealth facility dedicated exclusively to psychological care. With over a decade of experience, she combines clinical depth with visionary leadership, bridging compassionate therapy and innovation in psychological service delivery.
She holds both a BA and MA in Psychology from the American University of Beirut, a Certificate in Trauma and Recovery from Harvard Medical School, and completed the Certificate in Global Management at INSEAD, strengthening her strategic and leadership expertise in organizational and governance contexts.
Her clinical practice focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, and relationship challenges, delivered through an integrative approach that combines psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and interpersonal psychotherapy. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, she supports a diverse range of individuals seeking psychological growth and emotional resilience.
Building on her dual background in psychology and global management, Mrs. Nakhlé also provides Boardroom & Leadership Dynamics Consultancy—a specialized service for board members, executives, and C-suite leaders aiming to enhance self-awareness, group cohesion, and value creation through emotionally intelligent leadership.

Myriam Oliver, PhD
Clinical Psychologist | EMDR Specialist | Integrative Mental Health Expert

Dr. Myriam Oliver is a DHA-licensed Clinical Psychologist and certified EMDR specialist with over 15 years of international experience in mental health and integrative wellness. She offers bilingual therapy and coaching in English and Spanish, ensuring accessible, culturally attuned support to a global clientele.
Her academic foundation includes a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Human Cognition & Evolution from the University of the Balearic Islands, followed by a summa cum laude PhD at the Basque Center on Cognition, Brain & Language, as well as a Master in Clinical Psychology. She went on to complete postdoctoral research at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Medical Center, and conducted neuroscience research at McGill University’s Montreal Neurological Institute.
Dr. Oliver’s commitment to lifelong learning is reflected in her training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at UCSF’s Osher Center, Life Coaching certification at the Synthesis Center (USA), Gestalt Therapy training at the Aware Institute (Spain), and EMDR trauma certification with the Spanish EMDR Association.
Her clinical expertise lies in the assessment and treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, stress-related conditions, and relationship difficulties. She integrates evidence-based practices—including EMDR, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions, somatic techniques, Gestalt principles, and goal-oriented coaching—into a holistic therapeutic framework that supports the mind, body, and emotional system.
Dr. Oliver has held clinical, research, and training roles across Europe and North America, including her work as a Clinical Psychologist at BIONEXUM Clinic (Spain), a life-coaching facilitator at the Synthesis Center (San Francisco), and her contributions to neuroscience research at UCSF and McGill. These diverse roles highlight her dedication to bridging science and therapeutic practice in service of whole-person mental health.
A respected voice in the field, Dr. Oliver lectures internationally on topics in clinical psychology and neuropsychology, mentors early-career clinicians, and actively collaborates with community organizations to advance mental health literacy. Her unique blend of scientific insight, clinical precision, and integrative care continues to position her at the forefront of transformative psychological practice.
